I had all the ingredients but the broccoli, so I did switch that for a cauliflower (1 large which was cut into florets and simmered until soft for 25 mins). I omitted the bacon and used 1/2 ...
I added 1/2 a vidala onion and half a stalk of celery, and a few cubes of asiago cheese. Don't skip the bacon, it's fabulous with it.
