Endive Boats with Apple, Blue Cheese, and Hazelnuts

Rated as 4.8 out of 5 Stars

"I got this recipe from my friend Heather who served it at her New Year's party a few years ago and I have made it many, many times since. This recipe makes enough for 2 large platters so it's perfect when entertaining a crowd."

Very different, but we like blue cheeses. Enjoyed the complicated flavors. Really nice.

I love how easy it is. I used Granny Smith apple but I think next time I will try a sweeter apple.

Made these last week for guests and everyone wanted the recipe. Definitely a keeper!

This was really good - I replaced the mayo with ricotta because that was what I had at hand
