  1. Combine milk and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until frothy and close to simmering, about 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low; whisk in caramel sauce and vanilla extract. Mix in coffee.

Very good! Didn’t use the 2nd Tbsp of caramel. It was very sweet already! Added whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel to the top. Yum!! Next time will decrease the brown sugar by half.

Easy to make and delicious. However, the recipe doesn't tell you what to do with the extra tablespoon of caramel sauce/topping. I just added it to the coffee mix.
