  • 1 slice French bread

  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

  • ¼ avocado, sliced

  • 1 dash paprika, or to taste

  • salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste


  1. Toast the French bread lightly, about 1 minute. Sprinkle vinegar on the toasted bread.

  2. Layer avocado slices on the bread. Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper on top.
