I am more than happy to find this recipe after those so many recipes including multiple shuffle pancakes. The balance of the sweetness and the saltiness was good ?? with soft, bouncy texture. I used small frying pan to make the pancake thick as the pan support the batter. My family agreed to settle down with this recipe. I would like suggest that use a small pan with lid if anyone likes thick pancake my brother. Thanks for the recipe. Read More
