Low-Carb Peanut Butter Cookies

Rated as 4.5 out of 5 Stars

"This simple low-carb cookie is easy to make. Allrecipes has great recipes for low-carb cookies - yes, many use sugar and tend to be small, but those of us who practice controlled carb can still enjoy them. Focus on meringues, macaroons, or nut-predominant recipes."

These are really good. I added a little less sugar substitute. I put dough in fridge then rolled into balls and pressed down slightly before baking. Loved these, making 2nd batch now! Thank ...

These are really easy to make and taste good, esp when you are craving something sweet. Next time I make it I will decrease the amount of the sweetener a bit.
