  1. Blend cream cheese, coconut oil, and chocolate pudding mix together in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth. Scoop into mounds or place in a mold to shape. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until hardened, about 30 minutes.

I am on the Keto diet -- so something sweet is a treat! This was very easy to make and it does taste good. Still, I added some cocoa powder and equal to make it sweeter and more chocolate-ity....

the taste of coconut oil was over powering to this recipe, it also wasn't very sweet so I literally felt like I was eating a Fat Bomb but without any satisfaction to my taste buds or sweet-tooth
