- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook sausage, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Spread over the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
- Mix eggs, Cheddar cheese, cream, onion, mustard, oregano, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Pour mixture over the sausage.
- Bake in the preheated oven until firm and cooked through, 30 to 40 minutes.

I liked it but the wife and kids weren’t a fan of the mustard. Next time i will only add 1 tsp of dry mustard instead the suggested 2 tsp
doubled the sausage and used a whole 16oz roll. Was a huge hit at the office.
I made this but have a question regarding serving size. Exactly what is a serving size??
It came together well but was a little bit bland. I might try to make it with a spicier sausage next time.
