This is my first step to a Keto diet and I chose this recipe because it is a casserole I can eat all week. I need to have my food ready to stick to this. I changed a couple of things as follow...

I liked it but the wife and kids weren’t a fan of the mustard. Next time i will only add 1 tsp of dry mustard instead the suggested 2 tsp

Very tasty and easy

doubled the sausage and used a whole 16oz roll. Was a huge hit at the office.

I made this but have a question regarding serving size. Exactly what is a serving size??

Added a few pepperoni and it was delicious

It came together well but was a little bit bland. I might try to make it with a spicier sausage next time.

Easy Keto breakfast that is quick and tasty. Can easily be put into muffin tins for a quick take to work or school breakfast.
