I put this together because I wanted a gluten-free crust that had the right texture. So many of the gluten-free recipes have a weird texture, different from gluten flour. View All Saved Items Rate Print Share Share Tweet Pin Email Prep Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins Total Time: 25 mins Servings: 4 Yield: 1 12-inch pizza crust Jump to Nutrition Facts Ingredients 1 cup cassava flour ½ cup coconut flour ½ cup rice flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 tablespoon white sugar 1 teaspoon salt 2 eggs 1 tablespoon olive oil water, or as needed Directions Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a pizza pan with parchment paper. Combine cassava flour, coconut flour, rice flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Whisk in eggs and olive oil. Add 1/2 cup water; mix until batter is the consistency of mashed potatoes, adding more water as needed. Spread batter on the lined pizza pan with a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven until dry, about 10 minutes. Cook's Note: To finish pizza: Add toppings and cheese. Bake at 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) until cheese is bubbly, about 8 minutes.
