  1. Gently fry the whole spices in 1 tbsp of vegetable oil for 20 seconds.
  2. Add the Patak's Spice Paste along with water and gently fry until the water has almost evaporated. Then add your chosen meat or vegetables and fry until the meat is sealed.
  3. Stir in the Patak's Base Sauce and simmer for 15 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.
