  • Combine panko bread crumbs, Italian-seasoned bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour Buffalo wing sauce into a separate bowl.

  • Coat chicken breast pieces on both sides with the Buffalo sauce then evenly coat with bread crumb mixture. Lay pieces flat on a baking sheet.

  • Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, juices run clear, and chicken has reached desired crispiness, about 20 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

Great! I used chicken breast tenderloins and I recommend placing them in a shallow bowl and letting your chicken marinate an hour or so before coating them in your breadcrumb mixture. The end result is perfect flavor (not too hot) and super juicy tender chicken strips/nuggets. Read More

I used all the ingredients on the list, except the buffalo sauce. I made my own. I have an air fryer, so that's where I cooked the chicken. I dipped the chicken in my homemade buffalo sauce, rolled it in panko bread crumbs placed it on a plate and sprayed with cooking spray on both sides. Placed the chicken in air fryer basket. Cooked them for 5 minutes at 400; turned them and cooked 4 minutes longer. Then I drizzled more buffalo sauce over all and served with bleu cheese dressing. That was the highlight of the meal. It tasted very good. My husband was impressed! I’m new to cooking, like, stuff more difficult than Velveeta Shells and Cheese, so, I kind of wish there had been a little more details Like, it freaked me out pretty badly that they didn’t recommend a certain amount of salt and pepper, but again, I’m kind of new at this lol. I’m sure people more experienced than myself had no issues whatsoever, and I made the decision to try it. It came out really good, though, so, it’s all good I definitely recommend giving it a go!
