This was a pretty good cheesecake, I unfortunatley served it the same day I baked it, it was so much better the next day. I had to cook it a bit longer than instructed and used 1/2 marmalade and 1/2 mango jelly since Im not a big marmalade fan. Nice and easy, I will make it again for sure.
