  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and spinach. Cook and stir until just softened, about 3 minutes. Pour in water; add tofu and salt. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer until heated through, about 8 minutes.
  2. Stir in miso; simmer until dissolved, about 5 minutes. Season with ground black pepper and chili powder.
