  1. Combine chile pepper, mint, cilantro, and 2 teaspoons water in a grinder; grind into a paste.
  2. Stir chile paste and yogurt together in a bowl. Thin with remaining 4 teaspoons water. Season with salt.

  • If you like raita more liquid, add more water.

Delicious! Even better the next day. Thank you for the recipe.

This turned out pretty good. It was a little heavy on the mint for me so next time I will replace one of the tablespoons with more cilantro. This was a nice dipping sauce for my kabobs.
