  1. Bring water to a boil. Add lemon juice and ginger; simmer for 3 minutes. Strain into a tea cup.
  2. Pack a tea infuser with tea leaves; place in the hot water and let steep, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in honey.

Very soothing! I used a little more honey, but that was my only change. This would be great on a cold winter night or when you are feeling under the weather...Thanks for sharing. :)
