  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add broccoli; cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and let cool, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a pan with 2-inch sides.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, paprika, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Pour over broccoli.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden, about 35 minutes.
