  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Mix walnuts, pecans, coconut, and almonds together in a bowl.
  3. Stir cinnamon, erythritol, and sucralose into melted butter; pour over nut mixture and stir to coat. Spread granola in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until crunchy, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven; stir and allow to cool.

I added some pumpkin, flax and sunflower seeds as well turned out great. Smells wonderful!

used whole almonds, pecans. Used Monk Fruit sweetener. All other ingredients as is. Good mix for low carb diets.

Nice for snacking. No need for extra sugar so I eliminated.

Delicious!!! But you should look at the granola at about 6 or 7 minutes as the edges start to cook more than the middle. I stirred it up a bit and put it back in.... love it!
