  • Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Stir in spaghetti and return to a boil. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 9 to 11 minutes. Drain.

I finally used my garlic scapes. I cut the olive oil to about one eighth of a cup. Sautéed the parsley and scapes on low heat for about two minutes. Then covered the pan. I used more fresh grated Parmesan too. This is delicious! Read More
