  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

  • Combine mayonnaise, shrimp, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt in a large bowl. Spread mixture over 1 side of each English muffin. Arrange muffins into a 1 layer on the baking sheet.

  • Bake in the preheated oven until brown and bubbly, about 20 minutes.

Cook's Note:

To make ahead of time, cover and freeze shrimp toast until well chilled, about 30 minutes. Remove and cut shrimp toasts into quarters and place in a plastic bag. Return to freezer until ready to use.

Through the years I have heard many people say that cheese doesn't belong with seafood. They would change their mind if they ever tried this recipe. This was excellent and almost too easy! The one change I made and I highly recommend that you do too is to use garlic powder instead of garlic salt. Everything in this recipe is already salty. That is the only reason why I'm giving this a 4 instead of 5. Oh and I added scallions to the mix and that was a nice touch but not necessary. This one is a keeper! Read More
