  1. Combine garbanzo beans, Burrata cheese, olive oil, tahini, Kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides.

  • A blender with multi-height blades works best for this recipe.

I didn't really care for this as is . . . but it was much better after adding a clove of garlic. The olives gave it an off-flavor for some reason. I used pitted kalamata olives.
