Serena's Strawberry Lassi


This is an absolutely delicious and refreshing Indian yogurt drink. It is so tasty that it is almost like a dessert. Your family and friends will love it!

  • 2 cups plain whole-milk yogurt

  • 2 cups strawberries

  • 1 cup ice

  • ½ cup white sugar


  1. Combine yogurt, strawberries, ice, and sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Cook's Notes:

If the strawberries you are using aren't very sweet, you may need to add more sugar to taste. Frozen strawberries should be slightly thawed before use.

It helps tremendously if you have a blender that can crush ice - this will make the lassi very smooth and prevent ice pieces or chunks in your drink.
