  1. Combine yogurt, strawberries, ice, and sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth.


  • Cook's Notes:
  • If the strawberries you are using aren't very sweet, you may need to add more sugar to taste. Frozen strawberries should be slightly thawed before use.
  • It helps tremendously if you have a blender that can crush ice - this will make the lassi very smooth and prevent ice pieces or chunks in your drink.

Loved it. Used regular plain yogurt and it turned out not too sour and not too sweet. Just a tad on the thin side.
