  • Cook's Notes:
  • If the strawberries you are using aren't very sweet, you may need to add more sugar to taste. Frozen strawberries should be slightly thawed before use.
  • It helps tremendously if you have a blender that can crush ice - this will make the lassi very smooth and prevent ice pieces or chunks in your drink.
