I was not a fan of these. The batter is very thick with no added liquid. They were difficult to cook. The instructions didn't indicate how much batter to use, so I made 2 pancakes since the recipe is for 1 serving. I had to keep turning the heat down so they would cook without burning, and even after more than 5 minutes on each side, they still seemed somewhat raw in the middle. Read More
