  1. Combine buffalo wing sauce, fig jam, bourbon, soy sauce, and garlic in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat and simmer sauce until thickened, 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool before serving, 10 to 15 minutes.

  • You can substitute the buffalo wing sauce with 1 cup of your favorite hot sauce and 1/2 cup melted margarine.
