  1. Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add jackfruit; cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon water and taco seasoning; stir until well combined, about 1 minute. Add additional water 1 tablespoon at a time as needed.
  2. Place a small amount of jackfruit in each taco shell; add 2 tablespoons salsa.

Easy and awesome recipe - this came out better than the jackfruit tacos I had at a fancy vegan restaurant in LA! The jackfruit came out flavorful and tender. I used homemade taco seasoning.

Quite delicious. I like the instructions to rinse the jackfruit first. It takes away that brine flavor. I shredded the fruit instead of cutting into pieces. It gives it a nice texture for tacos ...
