  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot. Stir in turmeric and pepper. Reduce heat to simmer. Simmer until flavors meld, about 10 minutes.
  2. Strain into a heat-resistant glass container. Serve hot or cold, flavoring with honey and lemon juice.

Opps! First review got cut short. I was about to write that I add a bit of minced grated ginger to the tea. And the pepper is a must to give the best of turmeric’s healing properties to the drin...

This was interesting. I could taste the black pepper at the back of my throat, nice little kick.
