I made this for my friends on Superbowl Sunday. They loved it! I made only a few minor tweaks... Added 1 extra clove of garlic. Added 1 teaspoon of italian seasoning. Added 1 teaspoon of Aleppo pepper (for that extra kick). Read More

Not much taste when combined with pasta. But the shrimp tasted great even without a lot of seasoning. Read More

Recipe needs at least one more clove of garlic.Pasta water needs to be salted. I tossed it with angel hair pasta but it needed fresh ground pepper to give it a little more umph.Next time I'll use thin spaghetti. Read More

something I have been making for years. I use frozen shrimp the largest ones I can find peeled deveined with the tails on. I steep them frozen in with the garlic oil and spices very low so they don't cook just want them to thaw and make their own juices....YUM. Toss with Linguine and some Parm cheese. One of the best dishes. Read More

Very simple to make. Flavor was good but not great. I served it skewered (after cooking) as a side to a main dish with meat and I think it works that way. May use again but won't go for it as a main dish unless I'm in a rush. Read More
