  1. Mix tomatoes, cucumber, nectarine, and cilantro together in a bowl. Stir in olive oil gently. Sprinkle goat cheese over salad.


  • Cook's Notes:
  • You could also drizzle in some good balsamic vinegar with the olive oil.
  • Goat cheese is easily crumbled in the package by stirring it with a small fork.
