  • Blend watermelon in a blender until smooth; add lime juice and blend well. Add peach-flavored iced tea; blend until combined. Dilute with water to desired strength.

For a thinner drink strain out the watermelon pulp and add more water, then pour over ice.

Add 1 ounce rum (sugar cane is the best, but any clear rum) to each glass if you like.

I couldn't find the POM tea, so I used Teavana Peach Green tea in its place. This is very refreshing! My watermelon was not very sweet, so I did add a bit of sugar when blending. Tasty! Read More
