  1. Blend watermelon in a blender until smooth; add lime juice and blend well. Add peach-flavored iced tea; blend until combined. Dilute with water to desired strength.


  • Cook's Notes
  • For a thinner drink strain out the watermelon pulp and add more water, then pour over ice.
  • Add 1 ounce rum (sugar cane is the best, but any clear rum) to each glass if you like.

Nice, refreshing drink. I preferred straining out the pulp. I had a 12 oz peach green tea. I used half of a big watermelon and added about 1 cup of water. It almost filled a 2 quart pitcher.
