Billy's Fro-Yo Doggy Treats

"OK, I know these probably sound like a very 2007, Southern California thing, but dogs don't care what's cool and what's not. They just want to eat everything they see. My dogs love these."

  1. Blend yogurt, peanut butter, banana, and flaxseed meal in a food processor or blender until smooth. Pour into 8 lined cups of a muffin tin (silicone cupcake liners work well for these), filling cups halfway. Top each with a dogbone treat.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until solid, at least 2 hours. Pop treats out of tin, remove liners, and freeze in a zip-top plastic freezer bag up to 2 weeks.

doggie recommended- made in a mini silicone chocolate mold for a toy dog used low cal mini treat on top in place of the bone.

My dogs love these. I made them in an ice cube tray, which makes them bite sized, and they pop right out of the tray. It also saves from wasting baking liners.

Well I wasn't able to taste these myself, but my dog gave them two paws up!! Easy to put together and perfect for your pet on a hot summer day.
