  1. Carve a small hole in the bottom of each gumdrop candy. Put a small dot of icing in each hole. Stick 1 piece licorice into the icing to form the "pupils."
  2. Press gumdrop candies into the pitted lychees. Arrange "eyes" on a plate. Chill until serving.
