  1. Pour heavy cream into a saucepan over medium heat; heat until just boiling. Remove from heat; add white chocolate chips. Whisk gently until white chocolate chips are melted and blended into the cream. Let cool until slightly thickened, about 15 minutes.

The taste of this was very good but it was a bit too runny. It never thickened. Maybe the ratio of white chocolate to heavy whipping cream is wrong. If I make it again I will add more white choc...

runny talked to a pastry chef should hv added cream to white chocolate slowly to temper chocolate. able to control heat transfer better

Mine was also very runny. I think the method is flawed.

Delicious, and so easy. I drizzled it over a double fudge bunt cake and it was great!
