White Brownies


These white brownies made with yellow cake mix are oh-so-delicious! Brown sugar and butterscotch chips make these treats irresistible.

  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix

  • cup brown sugar

  • 1 egg

  • cup milk

  • 1 cup butterscotch chips


  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

  2. In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and brown sugar. Add egg and milk; mix until well blended. Stir in butterscotch chips. Spread dough evenly into the prepared pan.

  3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until brownies pull away from the edge of the pan slightly. Cool in the pan on a wire rack, then cut into bars.
