"Quick, easy frosting recipe. Very rich and easy to pipe onto a cake of your choice. For regular ganache, skip the cooling and whipping. Pipe onto cakes."

  1. Heat cream in a saucepan until nearly boiling; pour over white chocolate chips in a bowl. Let sit for 3 minutes. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Cover and refrigerate until cool, about 4 hours.
  2. Beat ganache with electric mixer until stiff peaks form.


  • Cook's Note:
  • The melted chocolate and cream will turn a pale yellow. This is normal. When whipped, it will regain its white color.
