  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef, crumbling as it cooks, until browned, about 8 minutes. Drain liquid from pan. Add water and taco seasoning to beef.
  2. Cook rice according to package directions. Add cooked rice to beef mixture; stir in corn. Increase heat and bring to a boil. Simmer until liquid is absorbed, about 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove pan from heat.
  3. Sprinkle in the cheese and mix to incorporate. Top with green onions if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.

I made this for my family as written for a quick lunch and everyone loved it. I topped with pico and sour cream. This would be a good easy dish to teach kids.

I wasn't very impressed with this. It needed more flavor. It was kind of blah. I made it as directed.

I made half a batch for the two of us, and maybe I used too large a pan because there was not enough liquid to make it moist. I had to add more. I was thinking that maybe because I added corn ...

So easy, and it makes a lot of food. My family loved it and ate it left over ( which they never do) This recipe is definitely a keeper !!

Just like having a taco without the work of building it. So good!

I would've given it 4 stars bc it's very salty to me, but 3/4 of my family LOVED it. Like loved it so hard that one of them took all the leftovers with them when they went home. So I guess it wa...

Delicious and easy! Love how quick it came together after a busy day. I'm not a fan of wild rice so I used the original rice. This would be great with beans added and/or on top of a lettuce bed...

I made this exactly as listed on recipe and it turned out amazing. A great play on the taco. Amazing flavors in an easy to make recipe. This will be added to my taco Tuesday rotation.
