I used 2 tortillas gluing them together with cheese, then baking them. It makes for a slightly thicker crust that I prefer.
Very good! Use whatever toppings you want. This is the perfect way to make a tortilla pizza. Baking the crust first is key to it coming out just right.
Made on mama lupes low carb tortillas. So yummy. Pepperoni and mushroom and jarred pizza sauce. Just used the cooking method for tortillas. Easy, Fantastic, and Keto!!! Thank you.

Delicious! I made BBQ Chicken pizza and it was delicious! I followed the steps but used BBQ sauce instead of tomato sauce. Used green bell peppers, red bell peppers, and red onions and topped with mozzarella cheese. Second time making it and will make again. We love it!!
This recipe has been a lifesaver! It's quick easy inexpensive and yummy so I have no excuse to order unhealthy delivery or fast food even when I'm tired or short on time;) My favorite to make are pepperoni & cheese and BBQ chicken.
I think that the pizza was a little spicy for my taste, but overall was great. I used cheddar cheese instead of Mozzarella, but was still delicious. A thumbs up from me.
This was really good! It turned a lot better than I expected. I used marinara, sundried tomatoes, and cut up some mozzarella balls in seasoned oil we had. I did it on a chapti since that's what we had. Great quick fix for a pizza craving!
