Deconstructed Spam® Musubi
I was craving Spam® musubi. Without a musubi maker/rice press, I improvised with this deconstructed version. I was told this dish is required at all our future potlucks.

Cook's Notes:
To make Spam(R) musubi fried rice, after browning Spam(R), move meat to the edges of the skillet. Crack two eggs in the center of the skillet and stir with a spatula until scrambled and set. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Tips
Substitute white sugar with 2 tablespoons powdered stevia (such as Truvia(R)), if desired.
