Ingredients

  • ¾ cup dried cranberries

  • ¾ cup pitted dates

  • 1 cup sliced almonds

  • ½ cup almond meal

  • ¼ cup almond butter

  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Directions

  1. Place cranberries and dates in a food processor; pulse until a paste forms. Add almonds, almond meal, almond butter, and almond extract and pulse just until mixture comes together.

  2. Wet hands with water and shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
