  1. Remove and discard green tops from strawberries.
  2. Cut strawberries lengthwise in thirds, then cut a "V" in top of each strawberry half to resemble heart as shown in photo. Discard removed pieces.
  3. Spread crackers with chocolate, adding about 1/2 tsp. chocolate to each cracker.
  4. Place strawberry slices on chocolate; top with sprinkles.
  5. Refrigerate 5 minutes or until chocolate is firm.

Delicious, but a little hard to get the heart shape and spread the chocolate on the cracker. They were still super cute and yummy!
