  1. Combine onion, Key lime juice, and tequila in a large skillet over high heat; saute until onion is translucent, 3 to 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Add shrimp, green bell peppers, cilantro, and cayenne pepper; cover and simmer until shrimp turns bright pink, about 7 minutes.

You talk about quick and simple! These were good. The cook time is perfect for the alcohol to cook off but because of the way it is cooked you really only get the flavor in the veggies. Next tim...
