I love this salad. It's a perfect summer appetizer to be served for lunch or dinner. It's easy to prepare and full of flavor for those who want to eat something healthy, yet good tasting!

We made this salad along with some other Greek food for company. They loved this salad and we did too. The dressing is perfect and all the flavors come together beautifully. I think we'll be having this salad often. Read More

This is a good Greek salad. The purslane does not add a weird taste in any way--it is actually quite palatable. Read More
