- Combine water, apples, kiwi, lambsquarters, honey, flax seeds, and ginger in a blender; blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds.

- Lambsquarters can be harvested through the entire growing season and added successfully to just about any smoothie recipe. The small plants can be used in their entirety, except for the roots. With more mature plants, check stems for tenderness and discard woody portions, usually the lower portions of the stems.
- If you prefer, substitute ice cubes for part of the water.
