  • Place shredded chicken, pecans, apple, and quartered grapes in a bowl. Stir.

  • Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Pour over chicken mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.

I should have listened to my instincts and started with only half the mayo. As you can see from my photo the salad was covered with mayo! I'm thinking that with only half the mayo that the rest of the seasoning had a chance of adding flavor to the chicken and remaining ingredients. This has possibilities and with a few changes it'd be better suited to our tastes. Thanks to the submitter! Read More
