I'm not sure this tasted like a banana split but it was pretty good. I had to add 1/4 cup of milk because there is no way my Vitamix was going to 'blend' the ice cream until smooth. I also don't know if it is necessary to blend the two flavors separately and then combine them and blend again. Read More
