Flourless Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but they turned out really mushy. I used 3 bananas, no chocolate chips and replaced the maple syrup with honey. Baked at 350 for about 25 minutes. Not fluffy. Just wet and squishy. If I had baked them any longer they would have burned.
