These were pretty darn good. A little prep work, but now they are in the fridge so I can just grab one or two when I’m in need of a energy hit. I used cashew butter instead of almond butter due to what I had on hand but kept everything else the same. My only criticism is that they are a bit dark - the cocoa flavour is very prominent.
