"This dip literally means yogurt and cucumber. One of the staples at Persian parties because it's such a crowd pleaser. In some recipes I've seen people adding herbs, while others also add some garlic. I prefer to add both, personally. Garnish with walnuts and raisins."

  1. Mix yogurt, sour cream, dill, and mint together in a bowl. Stir in raisins, cucumber, and walnuts. Transfer mixture to a serving dish.
