  1. Combine oats and water in a microwaveable bowl; microwave on high for 1 1/2-2 minutes. Stir and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
  2. Place milk, Carnation Breakfast Essentials(R) powder drink mix, cooled oats and ice in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour in a tall glass and enjoy!
