  1. Cook and stir sausage in a large pot until browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in onions, mushrooms, and garlic. Pour in chicken broth, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes; bring soup to a boil.
  2. Stir pasta into the soup. Cook, stirring occasionally, until almost tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in spinach, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Remove from heat; stir in basil and let stand until pasta is tender, about 2 minutes more.

Yum! That's pretty much all I've got to say about that. Doesn't exactly taste like lasagna, more like a thicker minestrone - but it's delicious! I used farfalle, because I couldn't find the past...

Very good and flavorful. I was looking for a different kind of soup and this totally fit the bill. Only change i made was i did half pound of sasauge and half a pound of diced chicken thighs, ...

I only used one 15 ounce can of tomato sauce and added 1/4 cup of cream. It was delicious!

So delicious! Used farfalle instead because that’s what I had.
