  1. Combine beer, green onions, garlic, red pepper flakes, and bay leaf in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce is reduced by half, 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Stir shrimp into the sauce; cook until pink, 3 to 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish shrimp with parsley.

This was good but too spicy for most I think. I recommend cutting back on the red pepper flakes.

I made this and it was delicious. Added cilantro and cumin.
